Pulmonary Hypertension:

You can only imagine what it feels like

Pulmonary Hypertension is high blood pressure in the blood vessels that supply the lungs. For people living with the condition, they can experience shortness of breath, tiredness, feeling faint or dizzy, and a racing heartbeat - all things that might not always be obvious for others to see, but are all very real and very scary for those experiencing them.

Co-created with passionate patients

After hosting advisory boards with patients living with Pulmonary Hypertension, we saw how important it was to them to have others firstly know about their condition, and also to better understand it.

Fear, anger and panic were the three main emotions that those who we spoke to said they felt all too often. Imagine feeling like this every day.

So, after hearing their experiences, we worked with them to develop a trio of videos that will help the world see what it feels like to live with PH.

We used their stories and experiences to write the scripts, and made sure that our patients felt that they accurately reflected their voice.

We hope the videos help not only raise awareness of PH, but help people put themselves in the shoes of people living with the condition, too.
