COUCH Health is an exciting agency based in a trendy Manchester city centre hub. We’re growing fast and we’re keen to give people their first foot-in-the-door. As well as having a full-time job that gives paid time off for study and invaluable agency experience, you’ll gain a Business Administrator Level 3. It’s a no brainer!

Then there’s just a couple of boxes we need to tick. You’ll need to have achieved or be on track to achieving 5 GCSE's A-C (New Grading 9-4) including Maths & English.
Some other skills that we’d need from our apprentice include:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good communication skills face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing and on digital platforms
Confidence developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative tasks
Confidence to support and engage with different parts of the company
Able to manage your daily duties and personal admin
Comfortable in maintaining records and files, taking meeting notes and handling confidential information
Ability to call on relevant project management skills and tools to scope, plan, prioritise, monitor, meet deadlines and report.
